Paratic, gelir ve giderlerini telefonunda takip etmen için yapılmış bir bütçe uygulamasıdır. Hesap açman gerekmez, reklam göstermez, analitik kullanmaz. Girdiğin işlemler, bütçeler, hedefler ve ayarlar yalnızca senin cihazında saklanır ve geliştiriciye ait hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Bu sürümde uygulama internete hiçbir veri göndermez. İleride isteğe bağlı Pro satın alımı eklendiğinde yalnızca satın alma doğrulaması için bağlantı kurulacak ve aşağıda ne paylaşıldığı açıkça yazılıdır.
Hiçbiri. Paratic üzerinden senin hakkında herhangi bir kişisel veri toplamıyor, saklamıyor, işlemiyor veya satmıyorum. Paratic'in bana ait veya benim adıma çalışan bir sunucusu, veritabanı ya da analitik aracı yoktur. Uygulamada çökme raporlama, kullanım ölçümü veya reklam SDK'sı bulunmaz.
Uygulamayı kullanırken oluşturduğun her şey yalnızca telefonunun uygulama veri alanında tutulur:
Bu veriler Android'in uygulamaya özel depolama alanındadır; başka uygulamalar bu alanı okuyamaz. Uygulamayı kaldırdığında bu alan Android tarafından tamamen silinir.
Paratic'in kendi bulut yedeklemesi yoktur. Telefonunda Google'ın "Android yedekleme" özelliği açıksa, Android uygulama verilerini Google hesabına yedekleyebilir; bu Google'ın hizmetidir, Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir ve telefonunun ayarlarından yönetilir.
Paratic yalnızca isteğe bağlı Pro satın alımı için iki hizmete bağlanır. Pro satın almazsan ve "Satın alımları geri yükle" düğmesine dokunmazsan uygulama bu hizmetlere hiçbir şey göndermez.
Pro satın alımı Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerin, Google hesabın ve satın alma geçmişin Google tarafından işlenir; Paratic bu bilgileri görmez ve saklamaz. Bu işlem için Google'ın Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Satın alımın geçerli olup olmadığını doğrulamak ve Pro özelliklerini açmak için RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) hizmetini kullanıyorum. Bir satın alma veya geri yükleme sırasında RevenueCat şunları alır:

Günlük hatırlatıcı, haftalık özet ve bütçe eşiği uyarıları tamamen cihazında zamanlanan yerel bildirimlerdir. Bir sunucu üzerinden gönderilmez; bildirim içeriği (örneğin geçen haftanın toplamı) cihazında hesaplanır ve cihazından çıkmaz. Bildirimler isteğe bağlıdır: izin yalnızca ilk kaydını yaptıktan sonra, sen onaylarsan istenir ve Ayarlar'dan istediğin zaman kapatılabilir.
Paratic kesin alarm izni (USE_EXACT_ALARM / SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM) istemez; hatırlatıcılar Android'in pil dostu zamanlamasıyla gösterilir ve seçtiğin saatten birkaç dakika sapabilir. Uygulama konum, kişiler, kamera, mikrofon, SMS, arama kaydı, takvim veya depolamanın tamamına erişim istemez.
Yedekleme (JSON), PDF ve CSV dışa aktarma yalnızca sen başlattığında çalışır. Dosya cihazında oluşturulur ve Android paylaşım menüsü açılır; dosya yalnızca senin seçtiğin uygulamaya veya konuma gider (örneğin Drive, e-posta, dosya yöneticisi). Dosyayı aldıktan sonra o dosyanın gizliliği, seçtiğin uygulamanın politikasına tabidir. Geri yüklemede uygulama, Android'in sistem dosya seçicisinde seçtiğin tek dosyayı okur; başka hiçbir dosyaya erişmez. Bu dosyalar geliştiriciye hiçbir zaman gönderilmez.
Paratic 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve Google Play'de "18 yaş ve üzeri" hedef kitle ile listelenir. Uygulama kişisel veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da bilgi toplamaz. 13 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun uygulamayı kullandığını düşünüyorsan veri silinmesi için uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırman yeterlidir.

Bu politika 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) gözetilerek hazırlanmıştır. Geliştirici kişisel veri işlemediği için veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla tuttuğu bir kayıt yoktur; yine de sorularını her zaman iletebilirsin.
Verilerin Android'in uygulamaya özel, diğer uygulamalardan yalıtılmış depolama alanında tutulur. Cihazının ekran kilidi ve cihaz şifrelemesi bu alanı korur; Pro'daki uygulama kilidi ek bir katman sağlar. Sunucuya veri gönderilmediği için sunucu tarafında ihlal riski yoktur. Dışa aktardığın dosyaların güvenliği, onları nereye gönderdiğine bağlıdır.
Uygulamaya veri toplayan bir özellik eklenirse (örneğin bulut yedekleme) bu politika güncellenir, yürürlük tarihi değiştirilir ve değişiklik uygulama içi bir açıklama ve Google Play'deki "Yenilikler" notu ile duyurulur. Politikanın güncel sürümü her zaman bu adreste ve uygulamanın Ayarlar → Hakkında bölümündeki bağlantıda yer alır.

Paratic is a budget app for tracking your income and expenses on your phone. There is no account to create, no ads and no analytics. The transactions, budgets, goals and settings you enter are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server operated by the developer. The app's only network use is to validate an optional Pro purchase, and this policy states exactly what is shared for that.
None. I, Paratic geliştiricisi, do not collect, store, process or sell any personal data about you through Paratic. Paratic has no server, database or analytics tool that belongs to me or runs on my behalf. The app contains no crash reporting, usage measurement or advertising SDK.
Everything you create while using the app stays in the app's private storage on your phone:
This data lives in Android's app-specific storage, which other apps cannot read. When you uninstall Paratic, Android deletes this storage completely.
Paratic has no cloud backup of its own. If Google's "Android backup" feature is enabled on your phone, Android may back up app data to your Google account; that is Google's service, governed by Google's privacy policy and controlled from your phone's settings.
Paratic connects to two services, and only for the optional Pro purchase. If you never buy Pro and never tap "Restore purchases", the app sends nothing to them.
Pro purchases are made through Google Play. Your payment details, Google account and purchase history are processed by Google; Paratic does not see or store them. Google's Privacy Policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To verify that a purchase is valid and unlock Pro features, I use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.). During a purchase or restore, RevenueCat receives:
None of your transactions, budgets, goals, notes or personal information is sent to RevenueCat. RevenueCat processes this data on my behalf, solely to validate purchases, under its own privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
The daily reminder, weekly summary and budget threshold alerts are local notifications scheduled entirely on your device. They are not sent through any server; their content (for example last week's total) is calculated on the device and never leaves it. Notifications are optional: permission is requested only after your first saved entry and only if you agree, and they can be turned off at any time in Settings.
Paratic does not request exact alarm permissions (USE_EXACT_ALARM / SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM); reminders use Android's battery-friendly scheduling and may arrive a few minutes after the time you chose. The app does not ask for location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call log, calendar or broad storage access.
Backup (JSON), PDF and CSV export run only when you start them. The file is created on your device and the Android share sheet opens; the file goes only to the app or location you pick (for example Drive, e-mail or a file manager). Once received, that file is subject to the privacy policy of the app you chose. For restore, Paratic reads only the single file you select in Android's system file picker and touches no other file. These files are never sent to the developer.
Paratic is not directed at children under 13 and is listed on Google Play with a target audience of 18 and over. Because the app collects no personal data, it collects none from children either. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app and want its data removed, uninstalling the app from the device is sufficient.
Because your data is on your own device, you exercise access, correction and deletion directly in the app:
This policy was written with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind. Since the developer processes no personal data, there is no data controller record to provide; you are still welcome to ask any question.
Your data is kept in Android's app-specific storage, isolated from other apps. Your device's screen lock and device encryption protect that storage, and the Pro app lock adds a further layer. Because nothing is sent to a server, there is no server-side breach risk. The security of exported files depends on where you send them.
If a feature that collects data is ever added (for example cloud backup), this policy will be updated, the effective date changed, and the change announced with an in-app notice and in the "What's new" notes on Google Play. The current version is always available at this address and via the link in the app under Settings → About.
